STEP 02. ASTONISHMENT | Within seconds, the artist etches their names onto a beautiful item right before their eyes! Whether it’s an elegant champagne flute, a classy whiskey glass, coasters, luggage tags… Your guests watch in awe as their names are transformed into stunning works of art while they mingle and enjoy the reception atmosphere.

FAQs

  • My expertise in performing my art in front of a live audience lets me finish a custom personalized piece very quickly. Engraving and calligraphy is my fastest method, with a 1-2 minute turnaround time per item. Bottle painting pieces can take about 10-15 minutes per item, depending on the complexity of the illustration requested including the drying time.

    For a larger party size, I would need to bring another artist with me to ensure that your guests aren’t kept waiting. A seamless guest experience is very important! This way, the work can be done for a party with a more considerable amount of guests.

  • I only take event reservations up to six months in advance. For my full-service luxury gifting offering, I need at least 1.5-2 months advanced notice to ensure that all of the favor items can get delivered to me on time before your event.

    I can allow up to one week’s notice for my Ala Carte luxury gifting offering, depending on my calendar availability. My event calendar has been filling up quickly, so the sooner, the better!

  • Our working agreement will state that my team and I will require a workstation that the clients will provide. Our workstation setup includes a table, chairs (for multiple team members if necessary), and electrical outlet access in case we need to do something that requires plugging in our equipment (i.e., wood burning or leather personalization). We will bring our own signage so the guests can know what’s going on!

  • Honestly, the sky is the limit here because our community has a saying: “no surface is safe” since we aren’t afraid to try to personalize anything!

    For our painting services, some of the possibilities include any fragrance/alcohol bottles.

    For Engraving and Calligraphy, some of the possibilities include:

    Glass items (shot glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, candles, vases, diffusers, perfume, etc)

    Leather items (luggage tags, keychains, wallets, belts, makeup bags, jewelry case, etc)

    Metal Items (Hydroflasks, Stanley Cups, water bottles, bookmarks, wine cups, etc)

    Canvas items (tote bags, baseball caps, gym bags)

    Wooden Items (gift boxes, coasters, charcuterie boards)

  • My pricing is determined by several factors, including the number of hours required for the engraving services, the guest count, and whether you would like assistance in sourcing the personalized items. The items can be customized with event details such as monograms, initials, and event dates, or they can be left blank, which will also influence the final cost.

    For a guest count of 100, my pricing begins at $2,500. Please note that this fee does not cover any items that require personalization.
