I am a Washington DC on-site engraving, bottle painting, and calligraphy artist. Originally from Jakarta, Indonesia, I moved to the US in 2015 to pursue higher education. Today, I specialize in providing luxury, on-site engraving, calligraphy, and bottle painting services for special events, corporate clients, and luxury brands, bringing a truly unique experience to both my clients and their esteemed guests.
It was during my time living in the captivating landscapes of Hawaii that I made the life-changing decision to transform my beloved calligraphy hobby into a thriving creative enterprise, now known as Written by Nia. Circumstances eventually led us to Washington DC, where the vibrant pulse of luxury department stores and renowned brands captivated my attention. Guided by a newfound passion, I redirected my focus to providing exquisite on-site art services for private events and corporate clients, establishing a reputation for delivering unparalleled elegance and artistry to captivate their event guests.

Before moving to DC, I used to live in Hawaii between 2019 and 2021. During my time there, I would always spend my free time exploring the nature surrounding me through hiking and snorkeling.
