The Process

My process is essential in building a strong relationship with you and ensuring we have a solid foundation for a successful event. Unlike traditional event entertainment, your guests will be WOWed with excitement as they can take home a tangible keepsake I created right in front of them at your event. Your guests will forever have a special memory in their hearts each time they look at the gift that you have bestowed upon them

Initial Inquiry

Whether you found me on Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, or if you saw me working at one of my events and loved my work, submit all of your event details through my contact page so that I can get a sense of what your event will look like.

Discovery Call

The initial call is your chance to share your vision for your special event. Our conversation will help me understand what you'll need based on your guest count and event details, and we'll get to know each other and see if we are a proper fit. I enjoy learning about my clients, so please tell me how you think my live art services can help you create the vision you want for your event.

Securing Your Date

After our discovery call, you will be sent a private link with your custom proposal along with my working agreement. You will be able to directly put down your retainer on your proposal and secure your date.

Planning

The planning stage is one of the most crucial parts of the process, as this is when I would usually ask for samples or test on the gift samples of the items to be personalized from you before your event. Sampling will help me prepare all of the right tools for your event so that everything will go as smoothly as possible on the day of the event. We can jump on another call before your event if you still want to brainstorm with me some more creative ideas to engage with your guests.

5.

The Big Day!!

Today is the day!! With thoughtful preparation, I will be there 1 hour to 30 minutes before your event starts to set up my workstation. I always go above and beyond and approach each event with a compassionate and helpful attitude, ultimately providing my clients with a deep sense of peace and reassurance.
